Ideally we would like you to attend, but understand that some of you may have conflicts. Therefore, you will be receiving a proxy in the mail for completion if you already know you cannot or do not want to attend the meeting.

We know everyone is busy and we also know that the HOA may not be a priority. However, as a board we get contacted throughout the year about covenants, shared spaces, the pond, and various other topics. In order to help us navigate problem resolution and make good decisions, we need your input and engagement!

We will be publishing the agenda prior to the meeting. If you would like a topic added to the meeting agenda, please let us know.
