What do the HOA dues cover?
The annual fee covers the shared use space (also known as common space) in Windsor Ridge. This includes landscaping, mowing, snow removal, pond maintenance, tree removal, community focused events for the neighborhood, and other association business.
When is the HOA fee due?
The fee is due annually. The fee is $275 per lot per year.
If you elected to pay by ACH, the payment will be pulled on the second Wednesday in March.
If you did not elect to pay by ACH, then you must mail your check by the first Monday in March to:

Where is the shared space?
The shared space is properties owned by the Windsor Ridge Homeowner Association and can be found in this document.
What if the shared spaces are not being maintained?
If you notice that an area of shared space has not been mowed or snow removed, please email us at WindsorRidgeIC@gmail.com with pictures and specific location, and we will follow up with our contractors.
